ZOV Maps version 14.31

Major changes:

Added the task of downloading HGT height matrices (1°x1° squares) for the selected area/region.
The interfaces have been optimised: the display and sorting of layers in the layer manager have been updated, and dragging of the active graphical (first/top) layer has been disabled.
Added the HGT elevation file management screen (in newer versions: road graph management).
4) Auto-update of subsequent versions activated (auto-update works from version 14.31).

FOR INFORMATION: for example, for those on 14.30, an update notification will arrive within 24 hours (if internet is available).
