«ZOV Cards» version 14.28

Major changes:
Firstly: added rotation input for point objects / text when creating / editing;
Secondly: synchronisation in T-BoX has been improved, Quantum: of objects obtained via the Integration SDK (ATTENTION: object deletion only works via T-BoX);
Thirdly: fixed the display of altitudes in all hemispheres.
