ZOV Maps version 14.18

Major changes:
1) the «Visibility Zone Calculation» task has been reworked, a custom module for working with matrices has been written (which has reduced the size of the application by half!), replacing the previously used «GDAL» (before version 14.17);
New task features: user-defined construction parameters are preserved after task restart; zones are constructed in color (green for visible areas, red for invisible); transparency scale shows the degree of transparency; when the screen is flipped, the construction results remain on the screen and are not reset;
2) Added export of visibility zones to the "Layer Manager" layer;
3) Fixed bugs from previous versions.
