"Kvant" - is a mobile application - tactical messenger, is a basic software part of the mobile software and hardware complex of tactical messenger "Quantum", used in conjunction with radio transmitting devices integrated with the mobile military geoinformation system "ZOV Maps" (and others).
It is intended for transmission/reception of control signals, fire control, transmission/reception of operational and tactical situation, geospatial data, metadata, text messages, target designation data and other data; it is used in the performance of combat and special tasks by units of types and branches of troops (forces) of the Armed Forces of Russia, Rosgvardia, Ministry of Internal Affairs, Federal Security Service, Federal Guard Service, Ministry of Emergency Situations, General Prosecutor's Office, Federal Tax Service, Federal Tax Service, Federal Security Service, Ministry of Internal Affairs, Federal Security Service, Ministry of Defence, Ministry of Internal Affairs, Federal Security Service, Ministry of Internal Affairs, Ministry of Internal Affairs, Ministry of Defence, Ministry of Defence, Ministry of Defence, Ministry of Internal Affairs, Ministry of Internal Affairs, Federal Security Service, Federal Security Service, Ministry of Emergency Situations.
