New ability to add images from public sources

Dear users, our team has an opportunity to get fresh images (up to 3 months old) from open sources, but this work requires painstaking surgery. We ask you to vote for the territory, the number of which we need to do first (vote until 12.03). The size of the territory will coincide with the nomenclatures of the 1:100 000 sheets shown in the picture (+-10-30 km from LBS).

The work of shaping the 200,000 squares will be done in parallel.
